MOPAR skid plates

I bought all the skid plate for the JGC after watch a video on installing the skid plate that shields gas tank doesn't look that easy, has anybody done this and would you do it again or have them install by the dealer?

Re: MOPAR skid plates

It's easy to do. When you get to the gas tank part, it's easier when the tank is almost at empty. A floor jack helps support the tank and the plates. Even if you're just a little bit mechanically inclined

Second the above post....did my fuel tank skids in 30 minutes. Didn't even jack up the vehicle. Instead used the jack to raise the plates into place.

Re: MOPAR skid plates

Search. It's been discussed in some long skid plate threads.
