I've had plastidip on my emblems for 5 years and it looks as good as it did the first day i did it. ON my old rims, i used plastidip and it lasted for 2 years through all types of weather. I highly recommend it and it doesn't have to be matte in color. You can get the glossifier to spray on afterwards to give it a shine so it doesnt look matte. I've used it and it looks great. www.Dipyourcar.com
was where i found a bunch of good info on the product. I love it!
