Why do you say that chi style? Have you used it before? Should I just stick with the black by itself?

It really adds little to no gloss finish to it. Not really worth it.

Re: Plastidip

Just did the grill and my rear brow on my 2011 this weekend. Clean the spray tip often. I also suggest the spray can grip by rustoleum. Makes spraying easier.

Re: Plastidip

I've had plastidip on my emblems for 5 years and it looks as good as it did the first day i did it. ON my old rims, i used plastidip and it lasted for 2 years through all types of weather. I highly recommend it and it doesn't have to be matte in color. You can get the glossifier to spray on afterwards to give it a shine so it doesnt look matte. I've used it and it looks great. www.Dipyourcar.com was where i found a bunch of good info on the product. I love it!

Pretty much what Pinetar said. It's not a true gloss maybe like a shine? I was going to use it and decided not to because I heard it was very sticky and has a longer drying time than the regular plastidip. Maybe some other members have had good results using it

I had the matte black on mine for over a year and it's been great car washes and all no peeling. I just ordered all gloss black emblems so they will be coming off. I would prob keep it on but the only reason is I am taking off the chrome door trim and replacing with letters so it made sense to get all matching.

Glossifier is not a supper gloss finish but it is for those who dsnt like the super matt finish.... That adds a little bit gloss effect on matt black.... And yes it do takes some times for drying.... I would prefer 24 hr once you done...

hr is some pic
