Rear Door Plastic Flare

Anybody know how to remove the rear door plastic exterior flare. Mine got scraped and wanted to know how to change it before i order the parts.

It's held in place by plastic rivets and I believe one bolt (if it's the same as the front). Harbor Freight sells the rivet gun with a kit for about $14.

I don't believe that is correct. This is the part attached to the edge of the rear door i am referring to and not part on the rear quarter and bumper.
