Side Steps Install Problem

I am installing side steps and am not sure how to get the nut on the 3 center bolts that are in the center of each mount.

The bolts just spin when I turn the nut...

How did you that installed this yourself get the nut and washer tightened on this bolt?

The instructions are pictures only and very hard to understand.

Re: Side Steps Install Problem

Try to use a needle nose pliers and hold the bolt firmly between the bracket and the body till you get enough thread to hold it from the bottom .were u may grip it more securely and have no fear of stripping the threads since ur pass it with the nut ...its not easy but i have installed 2 sets to date......pattyboy
