It was kind of nice to be reminded before it switched to my handset while it was still in my pocket.
I had this happen to me at the dealership. I was talking to my wife on my cell phone, standing out in the parking lot, about 15-20 feet from my truck. The tech started the truck up and it automatically switched to Bluetooth. Suddenly I couldn't hear my wife on my phone, so I hung up thinking I had lost the call. I redialed and heard it ringing in the truck. Had to go into the garage and transfer it back to my phone so we could talk.

Not sure on iPhone but most Androids have a selector in the phone app to choose BT or Handset. This eliminates returning to the vehicle during a call...if you can remember to do it!

Same thing happened to me, although I was home on a conference call and my wife decided to go out and for whatever reason the car decided to connect my phone over hers. I thought I lost the call, but when I looked at the phone I saw the car icon showing it transferred and had to run out to the garage to disconnect the call from the car.

I think if you have your phone set up as default/primary phone, this will happen. I have my phone set up as the primary merely because I have unlimited data for streaming, etc.

I've not had anybody call my wife's phone when we've both been in the car, so I'm not sure if hers would broadcast through the Bluetooth or not. I'd be interested in hearing if anybody else knows if all linked phones are connected at the same time or if it's just the primary.

If it's just the primary and there are more than two phones linked, which phone does it default to if the primary is not in the car at the time?

Did that make sense?

Just found another little nugget. On the navigation menu page, on the top left corner you can see the signal strength and how many satellites you're hooked up to. Just press and hold the bars and a separate screen shows up with the satellite info.

These Easter Eggs are not universal. The cargo bin under the driver's seat is an Easter Egg only for those without Quadra Lift. For those with QL the feature is an Easter Egg. The 2014s don't have the remote front windows opening. The list can continue.

iPhones also allow you to switch sources (BT/iPhone/Speaker) from the call screen.

Re: Things you might not know about the WK2.........

Front window remote roll down doesn't work on the 2015 WK2 either (saw others mention that the 2014 didn't do it, just wanted to confirm the same on the 2015 as well).

That's disappointing as my 2006 Jeep Commander did it as well as my 2011 Ram 1500. Wife's Town & Country does it as well. Wonder why they killed that feature on the 2014 & 2015 models? Fiat must not like it...
