The kit has all the trims to cover the holes and areas where wind will enter.
If you have the aero bars and kit from Thule the kit should have it all.
Front is at : 1 1/2 Inches from the start of the chrome from the front.
Back is at : 3 1/2 inches from the start of the chrome from the back.
Black is Back.. Coming in 2010, the All new GC! :D

Thanks for the quick pictures. I have the aero bars and not aero blades but was interested in switching. It came with the rubber for the top, but there is no rubber on the underneath of the bar where the tower slides into the bar, I was thinking of trying to tape them to see if it eliminated some of the noise.

I have Yakima roof bars I bought originally for a 2004 JGC we had a while back. Those risers will not work with the 2012 JGC side rails but Yakima has a shorter riser that will work on the 2012. So for about $150 I can get the new risers and reuse my Yakima round bars.
