Did you slide in all the way the bottom ruler covers????
I have the slides all the way in, swapped the rear bar for the front and noise was better, but still there. Noticed if i open the sunroof and the screen pops up the noise goes away.

I am sorry to hear that you still have the whistle. My girlfriend has a BMW 328i and I just install her rack same as ours and also no whistle in her car.
Did you use the long bolt or the short bolts for the bases? The two screws that bolt into the base??? I use the long ones thinking it needed it but actually the shorts should be fine also.

It came with the long ones so i used those. I called ORS Racks and they said they haven't had any issues and would gladly return them. i want to keep them, maybe I can try and move them around this weekend.

Seems like the front is the one getting the rush of air from the roof line.
Maybe mob=ve that one back another 1/2inch
