Exclamation Tubular Side Rails

I added the side rails/children's steps to my new Laredo. Not difficult but provided some notes to accompany the pictograms that came with it.

Re: Tubular Side Rails

Nice write-up. I have been considering these for my 2011 Charcoal Grey Larado X.

Re: Tubular Side Rails

I install them in my car and I had no need to take thos 6 rivets out of the car to place the part needed to hang the bases for the steps.
Those things are a pain to start with and the rivet gun does not fit the new rivets they sent they are thicker than a regular rivet and requiere a special rivet gun.
Dont even mess with them.

Re: Tubular Side Rails

Do you get any added wind noise from the rails?
