Following the vled website, the foglight is a 2504, doing a search for that found nothing. What exactly are you ordering?

^same here, I do not see 2504 on the V-LEDS website. I wish Jeep was part of V-LEDS vehicle search.

Also, just to clarify, you ordered V-LEDS Part ID: 3157_20_P_W_5K for $79.99. Which is described as: V-LEDS PLATINUM 5K HID WHITE 20 LED 7W BACK-UP/TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULBS 3157 3156 4057. Again, I want to clarify as this is not listed as a DRL bulb.

Have you been checking for any potential problems since the install? If so, have you noticed aything?

Thanks for posting too - great work. I was about to spend $50 on some Sylvania SilverStar's (4k) lights but would much rather go this route.

There is also a 6oooK LED and I'm interested to see if anyone chooses that one.
Hopefully the drivers side will be easier to reach with my BWoody Intake

^indeed it is with the stock filter box outta there, and not going back in.

just wish the same could be said for the rear tailgate lenses, they are a bit of a pita to get to them by opening up the back panel with 8 or so of those gawd awful plastic plugs to lever out.

^ good to know, I attempted to tint my tailights this weekend and I didn't realize the tailgate lenses were 3M double-sided taped to the tailgate. I said forget it and left them on during the tint job. And, it got me wondering - how do I change the bulb?

@ moosehead - Did you upgrade to LEDs in the rear? If so, where did you buy from, which bulbs did you replace and what were the part number(s)?

The replacement bulb/LED for our Fogs are 5202/9009/H16 and the link for the bulbs is above. And yes our DRL's use a 3157 Bulb. The one I ordered is http://www.v-leds.com/Exterior-LED/T...49833-1-2.html

How did you determine the fog light bulbs are 5202/9009/H16? The replacement guide says 2504. I'm not trying to be a d*ck, I just want to learn...

I did some internet research (see attached image) and I've found that H16, 9009, 5202 and 2504 are usually contained within the same string when ordering replacement bulbs. Is there any difference? If not, anyone know why the hell there are so many numbers?

Re: V-LEDS 5k DRL Replacement

I wonder how they would do against the 3157 Putco Neutron LED bulbs. The putco Neutron bulbs use high power Nichia LED diodes. Putco advertises these LED bulbs to be the brightest bulbs in the market.

Steve-

Are the Neutrons supposed to be brighter than the Nova?

Hi Albert. Yes. These are the latest and greatest from Putco. The Neutron LED bulbs are made right in the USA in Putco's Story City, IA facility.

I just cross referenced the bulb type on pg. 88 (PSX24W) of the User Guide to Google. Saw some posts from other folks... Turns out PSX24W is a Chrysler part number but that the standard bulb type is H16 or 9009.
Then took a look at who sells those types of LEDs.

Hope this helps.
