What brand do you use for Coolant, Steering and brake fluids?

i was tempted to buy it from the dealer, but i knew better...so i am curious what's a good brand for everyone here to top-off your fluids?

Re: What brand do you use for Coolant, Steering and brake fluids?

As long as the fluids meet the specs stated in the owner's manual, it doesn't really matter.

Re: What brand do you use for Coolant, Steering and brake fluids?

I have found that Zerex is the only aftermarket brand that sells the required HOAT coolant. The other fluids are available by numerous brands. As long as they meet the required specs.

Re: What brand do you use for Coolant, Steering and brake fluids?

IIRC isn't HOAT about $30 a gallon or was it the VW version of it?

and to confirm the correct fluids.

HOAT Coolant, DOT 3 or 4 brake fluid, ATF +4 power steering and ISO9012 for Blinker fluid.

Re: What brand do you use for Coolant, Steering and brake fluids?

I stay with MoPar fluids for my MoPar vehicles... HD fluids for my Harley. Price differentials aren't all that significant between OEM and aftermarket anyway.

I find a much smoother blink with synthetic Blinker fluid (ISO 9016). Your results may vary.
