It may feel as fast but line them up and let us know the outcome.
This is off jeep Australia web site
0 to 100kms (0 to 60mph)
3.6: 9.1 sec
5.7: 8.7 Sec
3.0: 8.2 Sec
Jeep Australia is wrong then.
go on youtube and watch the 0-60 vids and count the seconds. Hemi is around 6-7 and CRD is 8-9. I know for a fact that my 2011 hemi JGC is a lot faster than 8.7 to 60 mph.
A diesel feels faster because of low rpm torque. No knocking them, that's just the way it is. I wish manufacturers in the US could make it worthwile to buy a diesel, I would buy one.
