Does the MOPAR intergrated trailer brake module output vary with the pedal pressure?

I am getting ready to order the 2014 GCD with the integrated trailer brake module, dealer installed. My question is; is this a controllor that varies the gain wiith the brake pedal pressure? My Silverado has an integrated controllor, factory installed, that works that way. I can't find this info by searching or in the MOPAR literature.

Thanks,
SF

Re: Does the MOPAR intergrated trailer brake module output vary with the pedal press

A good question but I can't help you. I don't know about 2014 but from 2011 to 2013, Australian export Grands came with the Tow Group. This was nothing more than a connector hidden behing the rear quarter panel. The connector provided all the usual trailer ouputs. This included brake lights but nothing for the trailer brakes themselves. I fitted a brake contoller myself, some had the dealer do it. When you find an answer to your question, I and many others would be interested to know how the Mopar integrated trailer brake module is wired in and if its operation is proportional or standard.
