Anybody that has experience with the diesel and the RPM of the engine at 100km/h and 120km/h?
I posted a question in a new topic, but Jeep themselves gave me this answer:
"It was a choice of jeep to keep the rev that high to keep the grunt, and to prevent low rpm humming at speeds of sub 100km/h"
well that might be the case in low speed area's but it completely renders the car useless in europe / germany where 120kmh is starting to be the cruising speed, ad in most countries cruising is around 130km/h to 140km/h. it would be around 3000rpm then which none of it's competitors do and which also ruins economy.
so if anyone could tell e what their RPM findings are on the diesel, i'd be much obliged.
