...ok so I got it back from the dealer today. It turned out to be one of two heat shield bolts sticking out too far. It was kind of hard for them to diagnosis at first because the sound really doesn't start until the exhaust gets hot and starts to expand, the hotter it gets the louder the noise. They ended up shaving off the bolts and now I just have the sweet sound of the engine purring away
I am glad it was something minor but really Jeep! 65K vehicle and I have two bolts knocking up against the exhaust system in the first 200 miles! LOL Go American!
