When I go downhill, without accelerating, between 20/30 mph I hear a loud clicking noise. Does anyone know what this could be???? Jeep has 26000 miles.

You may need to be more specific.
What car do you have ?
How old is it (miles?)
When did it start ?
Does it go away if you accelerate ?
Did you check if there is something stuck in the tires or under the car ?

There are many things that can cause the problem, but we would only be guessing without some details.

Any update or answers to questions on this? I'm starting to hear a rotational clicking noise from my drivetrain area right below the rear seat hump. When the engine sound calms down and you slow to a stop or even coast, you can hear this pronounced clicking sound with a rhythm that speeds up or slows down in correlation to wheel speed. Driving me crazy. Took to the dealer twice and would you know it-it was quiet as a mouse for the dealer review both times. arghhh!! A day later, it's back again sometimes much more louder than other. I did on a couple of occasions push in the emergency brake and release it. The clicking would go away, but only temporarily, after next couple of days it would come back. Dealer said they checked all CV joints, axle and differential but didn't see anything unusual. Hard for them to isolate the problem when it's not making the sound while it's there. Any thoughts or areas I should look at??
