2014 SRT Oil Level

My 2014 SRT just had its first 1000k Service (actually had done +1900k), but noticed they had added oil and overfilled by 4mm past the top mark.
Rang the service dept and they said would be fine. Any thoughts on wether this statement is correct or should I ask to have some removed?

4 mm should be fine, if you have a catch can you will see how much blow-by these 6.4L engines really have. its not as bad as my other German SUV which also burns oil so quickly that I have to top off with 1 quart of oil every 7500 miles or so!
