Auto lock not working correctly

So the manual states the doors should auto lock at 15MPH. For some reason my vehicle is not doing this until I hit 15mph for like the 3rd time. Anyone have any suggestions as to what is going on? Just seems odd...

I have checked the uConnect settings and made sure the correct setting is selected.

Re: Auto lock not working correctly

In the manual it does state the vehicle needs to be equipped with the feature. I can double-check both of your VINs to make sure the feature is available on your vehicles. I also want to make sure that when checking to see if it is active, these steps have been followed, from the manual:

"Doors & Locks
After pressing the Doors & Locks button on the touchscreen
the following settings will be available.
• Auto Door Locks
When this feature is selected, all doors will lock automatically
when the vehicle reaches a speed of 15 mph
(24 km/h). To make your selection, press the “Auto Door
Locks” button on the touchscreen, until a check-mark
appears next to setting, showing that setting has been
selected. Press the back arrow button on the touchscreen
to return to the previous menu, or push the back button
on the faceplate."

If it wasn't already set, why would they lock the third time the vehicle hits 15 MPH? I believe that was the question.
