Yep and I believe there are quite a few others with the problem. A simple clip from behind is all it needs but there is definitely a problem with the joining method they designed so maybe we get a new cover, who knows. My dealer has pictures and is waiting for Jeep to authorize the repair.
Mine is only the passenger side, for now.

Got the same problem on my 2012 Altitude that i have only had one month. Been at the dealer three times for fixes, they even got new clips/retainer. By the time I pick it up from the dealer it has already popped out.
They are going to have to fix this, my wife's 2011 GCO doesn't have this problem.
Wife's is in for a fix next Tuesday, going in to the body shop. They want to keep it overnight but no one is saying what they're planning on doing to get the fix done. I'll post up whatever info I can get next week.

Someone could make some coins if they could extrude a new plastic retainer with longer tabs or some sort of positve locking system. I would happily pay to end this eyesore. The fold on my front Fascia (the part with holes that slip into the retainer) doesnt even seem to align with the clips.
