Chrysler Replacing Transmission :: 2014 Jeep SRT

If my service department says its a normal condition for this vehicle I'm going to ask to have it put in writing so that I can post it on every forum I can. New owners should know what they're getting into.

Re: Chrysler Replacing Transmission :: 2014 Jeep SRT

Got my SRT back yesterday. My district Rep. Is now claiming it's driving normal. I told my case manager I want to meet my district Rep and take her for a drive to demonstrate the problem. We'll see. I think they don't know how to fix it so they're going to try to get me to go away. I'll keep you posted. So far my awful SRT experience. Only 2,282 mile now.

1. Valve body
2. Check all software is up to date.
3. Replace transmission and tq converter.
4. Deny, deny, deny.

Re: Chrysler Replacing Transmission :: 2014 Jeep SRT

Hello,

What is exactly going on with your transmission? Can you provide the symptoms? I read your thread but doesn't describe what is going on that will require the replacement of the tranny.

Thanks.
