I have an appointment for this Tuesday. I cant go to my local dealer (Manhattan Jeep) because they are a bunch of hacks.
I have a friend who is a tech at RT18 Jeep in East Brunswick, NJ. So I go 40 miles out of my way for good service. Shouldnt have to do that but FCA does nothing about all the complaints they get about Manhattan Jeep so this is what I have to do.
And I gotta say I have had quite a few issues with this Jeep and its not even my first year of ownership yet. Thank goodness I bought a lifetime maxcare as down the road I can see this Jeep being in the dealer more often.
