Clicking tail shaft!?

Been a while guys, but I thought I'd chime in just in case anyone's having a similar issue. Apologies there is a thread already on this.

Recently I've noticed a slight rotational 'click' on my 15 SRT with 35000km lately while in motion, it increases/decreases with speed and I liken it to the sound a BMX makes when a card is stuck in the spokes (Remember that?? &#128518. It started to bother me so a trip to the dealer.

They checked it out and have advised its the centre bearing in the tail shaft? A loose ball bearing or something.
Not entirely sure but they are going to repair under warranty and apparently Jeep will only replace the whole tail shaft (AUD $3000 &#128561

12 months to the day of purchase and lucky cause we only get 1 year Warranty here........

Keep you posted.
