Driver Side Mirror Blurry

I have noticed that when a car is behind me and I am looking through my driver side mirror at it, it looks like I am seeing double. Not sure what the problem is but the dealer saw it to and has ordered a replacement mirror.

Got it replaced on the weekend. Issue gone. Also got them to do the tsb for the clunking.
