T-stat should be covered under 100K powertrain (unless your warranty is out) - no?

Don't need uconnect for performance pages.

Its good to know that oem stat works fine. Thanks 4 updating.

Guess i'm not going to change my stat, seems like oem stock is what it likes.

But necessarily "what it likes" the 190 tstat works just fine. Mine just happened to fail.

t-stat is not covered in the power train.

But is in Maxcare.

Tested tonight and ran her hard for a quick 2 mins, I was able to make the warning message for coolant temps come on. Maybe 30-40 seconds after slowing down into the neighborhood the temps seemed to go back normal.

Ambient temps are around 70F here, so not very warm. Could this be a tstat failure / air in the system / or something else.

**unfortunately i don't have access to the performance pages to get a exact reading, as they say i need a uconnect subscription for that / remote start and finding work fine! Thats another story**

I'm having same issue as of today with the fans but haven't checked coolant temps, I am running the Mishimoto Tstat also. Might try putting the stock back on and see if it makes a difference.

Could it be a failed water pump? Or just the Tstat?
