Is this normal on exhaust?

I was under the new 2014 jeep SRT tonight and I noticed one of the exhaust pipes coming off the cat has a big crimp in it? Is this normal? doesn't seem normal to me.

I don't have the same vehicle but I'm gonna guess no... That's a pretty good size dent.. Not saying this has to do with your situation but for a while the hot thing here was for people to steal the Cats off cars because they had platinum

I guess it allows access to some bolt above it. Seems like a pretty hacky way to do it but if they are all like that, ok.
