This is exactly what I was talking about, have them code it as VOR when they order the part, mine came within a week. Also make sure they zip tie the wire to the shock when they reinstall it. Good luck!

So went in today.. Light wasn't on but got all updates available.. Dealer calls me and tells me they really can't do anything because they checked everything and everything looks good and no codes. Valet goes and picks up by car from the back, and the light is on.. So I run in and tell them to come look at it now.. End result they are ordering some module that's on back order and have no clue when it's gonna come in. So my road magnets must stay in the box even longer.. Suckssssss

I am thinking they need to do some sort of recall with this many issues. I saw several people on the red site who are having issues with struts. SRTWill my dealership replaced those modules thinking it was that and it didn't fix the issue, my strut needed to be replaced. Hopefully yours is just the module!

No they did not but I know the guys at my dealership pretty good now so they don't really give me any issues with my mods. Not every dealership is like that. I would be safe and wait to get it fixed first

I got under mine and sure enough the passenger side (left) wires were unclipped

I zip tied them down (both sides) so let's see if I get any more of these intermittent messages

Finally got mine fixed yesterday. Required a new shock and cable to resolve the issue. I got Team SRT involved to ensure that part was sent quickly as the dealership told be it was back-ordered. They got the part to the shop in 4 business days.

Got the message again... Bugger...

Funny -- even though it's intermittent, whenever I get this message I also lose cruise control and the reverse lines on the backup camera

How on earth could these be related??

Yeah its all connected via computer, take to dealer , if they are good they will do an update and all will be good

Hi mate, this is exactly what happened to me.

They replaced the passenger side shock and the module in the steering wheel as SRTWIL had and all good. Tell your service department to get it done and don't take no for an answer. It took about 6 weeks for it to come in.
