Multiple battery failures, any advice?

My '14 SRT has had two replacement batteries and now it is again not starting. Dealer diagnostics (takes about two hours) showed the three batteries to be bad (factory plus two OEM replacements). Engine will start fine one day, then the battery will be dead or nearly dead the next. It starts fine after being jumpered to my Ford truck for about 15 minutes (my cheap ford starts every time ). SRT gauges show 14.4 volts when the engine is running. I don't think I've gotten four bad batteries in a row. I'm taking to the dealer on Tuesday, and I'm afraid they will just replace the battery again. Any suggestions on what to discuss with them?

I agree. There is some type of electrical gremlin or short that is draining the battery when the vehicle is sitting. With so much electronical and electrical equipment on these vehicles, God only knows where it is. It must be a fairly large drain or short to kill it completely dead overnight. Also, remember unless the battery is a deep cycle marine type battery, a complete discharge to the point it's totally dead can and will ruin a battery. Even a brand new one. Their testing may be correct that is showing the battery is bad. But they are stopping there instead of finding out WHY.

If they just put another battery in it, tell them to keep it overnight. They'll find out real quick if they solved the problem or not.
