Have you tried track mode? Heres mine. I wish I could have felt the way it used to shift stock because this is kind of ridiculous. The roughest shift is at :01, you can see my phone shake. Even 2-3 was a bit jerky. 4-5 doesn't appear to be laggy as it is in Auto.
I'm not entirely sure what you're complaining about. Just to be sure, you do realize in sport, and even more so in track mode, the shifting is supposed
to be much harsher, quicker, and violent? Smooth, unfelt shifting is for comfort purposes only - for grocery getter cars/travel modes. If you are racing, you want the car to shift as fast as possible. Smooth shifts are accomplished with low pressure and slippage so the gears don't grab as quick and jarr you. Track style shifts are rapid and consequently jerky - you don't lose time and acceleration waiting longer for the transmission to shift gears.
