Trouble removing brake pads

Anybody know the name of the middle "pin"? The one with a bolt on the inside end.

The 2 outer pins need to be removed and replaced.
Here are the OEM parts but you can find aftermarket MUCH cheaper.

You need to take the side pins out first because there is tension on the middle bolt.
Then you can unbolt the middle bolt from the rear.
