Unhappy Wheel stain/pitting

Hi All,

Is anyone having issues with their wheels staining or pitting? I regularly wash my vehicle and my wheels have stains and it appears to be pitting.

Does anyone know how to clean this off?

Thank you

Re: Wheel stain/pitting

I think Iron-X would take that stuff off.

Iron X Iron Remover, CQuartz IronX, Paint Cleaner, paint decontamination

Re: Wheel stain/pitting

I had the same problems, as I thought the stains were permanent.
Used some car polish and a micro fibre cloth and some hard rubbing. All stains went, then I used Meguires wheel polish to reduce the effort in the future. So far after 2 months the wheels just clean up with little effort.

Re: Wheel stain/pitting

Thank you Both. I will try the polish first and if no luck try the other.

Cheers!
