If it was just the 9 inch crack along the seam I'd have to scratch my head and wonder WTF caused that. But those parallel, perpendicular stress cracks make it pretty obvious the door was slammed against something.

Agree the guy is an idiot. Place a solid object in the path of any car door on the market and slam it and the same thing would happen. Same type of person that would screem lemon law if they need to take their car in for a burnt out headlight bulb.

Not always...but thats obviously been damaged by the owner...it didtn just get stress cracks and bust on its own.
