Behidn grill led lights (15 jeep srt)

Reminds me of the early 2000's when 12volt neons exploded on the import scene. Especially after the whole Fast and Furious movement began.... ahhh memories!

Re: Behidn grill led lights (15 jeep srt)

Here is a little story,
In the late 90's the custom car scene started increasing the size of the wheels used on cars. 15's to 17's to 18's to 20's and so on. It was popular so OEM's now offer 20's and 22's..

Same time frame, custom car guys started putting TV's and screens in their cars. Look at every OEM today and you can see this...we even have the ability to connect with every device in our possession. That was a dream for us car audio guys a decade ago.

In the 2000's custom car guys started doing angel eyes and different types of lighting like this. Now look at the front lights on half of the "cool cars" offered today to include LED lights.

There are plenty of examples that reflect this trend of custom mods being adopted by OEM's but I am a busy man and dont have time to list a bunch of them.(currently at the dealer for service)

My point?

To each his own. I am a custom car guy and always have been. I customize my ride to suit my tastes. I personally like the LED lighting mods. I am not ghetto. I am a business professional and almost a retired military member. We in America have the right to do what we wish to our rides. If people do not like a particular mod then add a short comment and move on. But I know that this is not the American way. You just have to tarnish a guys thread with nonsense.

For those that are interested in the LED technology as I am, there are plenty of websites out there on the web that have great products an can show you how to install them.

Last but not least I will offer another example of OEM adoption of custom car trends. Blacked out everything was a custom thing. Now you can have it as an option. Hell, even the satin stripes and panels are popular now.

To each his on, moving on.....truck is done.
