I agree it sucks, mine is out too, but it doesn't rise to the level of replacing the vehicle. I wold hope they have it figured out and have a fix, even it if includes replacing the bumper fascia though a clip installed from the back side seems like it might be the easiest and more permanent fix.
Then you people have 2 options
1. Deal with the shitty design and improperly fitting front fascia on your $60k+ vehicle for as long as you own it.
2. Continue to take it to the dealer every time it happens, record it, take pics, make them fix it, make them replace the front fascia as many times as it takes until it stays on correctly.
After repeated times of fixing it without a new fascia, and if more than one time of installing a whole new front fascia exists, one would clearly meet the requirement of "The same problem has been subject to repair four or more times by the manufacturer or its agents and the buyer has at least once directly notified the manufacturer of the need for the repair of the problem as provided in the warranty or owner's manual." For those that have this issue, the problem is not going to go away, nor is Jeep going to issue a recall on the front fascia. It's going to be up to the customer to take the vehicle in as many times as it takes until it is right.
