did my dealer switch my 3 seasons for all seasons?

So I got my new wheels and tires put on today. The sticker to my rig had an extra $895 for 3 season tires. The tires that came off the car are ALL SEASON run flats. I have looked on Google and cant find a pitcure of the three season. Any of the three season guys have any pics of the tires. I will go after this dealer wita vengance if they screwed me!

Lol man this just got real serious. Either you have P Zeros or Verde All Season.
Whoever pays that extra amount for the 3 season tires(P Zero) is a sucker. They wear out extremely fast from my experience. If they did switch them you should definitely get some money back.

Ok, still confused. Why on the sticker does it say $895 for three seasons, yet I cant even find the tire on Pirellis website? Are the P Zeros 3 seasons?

Believe me, Its a HUGE waste of money, but I couldnt find an SRT in my area that didnt have this shit tire option!

Yep, these scumbags changed out the tires alright. I went to a local delaership that had an SRT on the floor and the $895 option are the P Zeros. Looks like its time for small claims court!

Before going to court, have you confronted them directly? I may have missed it, but didn't see anything about you asking anyone about the tires.

Re: did my dealer switch my 3 seasons for all seasons?

i would just go to the dealership and ask them for a refund. the all seasons last longer anyways without sacrificing too much for everyday driving.

Good catch.

I don't trust stealerships at all. They're pretty much (there are exceptions) full of shit.

i bought the car as a demo with less than 1k miles on it (Supposedly the owner drove it). I made two contacts yesterday and I got a return e-mail front he salesmen today stating the office would call me Monday. This is a the type of shit that gives dealerships a bad name. Nowhere in the return email did the Salesmen apologize or admit wrong. I guess dealerships have reps like this for a reason. I don't see this happening at Porsche, Ferrari or Mercedes! (And I've owned 5 new Jeep/Dodges)

Re: did my dealer switch my 3 seasons for all seasons?

I would try to get those tires back! The PZeros are great tires and yes, they wear faster than a numb all-season tire, but that should be a given for a high performance tire. I believe their tread wear rating is 220. It does not mean they are not a good tire. They just are not an old man 50000 mile tire. They are stickier, give more road response, and do wear faster. I've driven these on a race track and they held up very well for this heavy vehicle. Granted, I live in a warm, dry weather climate, so they work for me year 'round. Buying this vehicle for long tire wear is like buying it for MPGs. It doesn't make sense. They make a base Grand Cherokee for that.
