Front plate holes??

Just ordered '15 SRT. I had two dimpled holes in the front of my 14 Overland. I couldn't stand it since it looked like stone chips.. I added a front plate. Does the new builds come with those holes and/or can I do anything to prevent that.

Yes they have those dimple holes. Congrats on your order. I took delivery of mine a week or so ago. It's awesome.

Re: Front plate holes??

mine came with the plate frame, pre-drilled into the bumper. I took it off the very second I got home. Wasn't pumped on the gaping holes in the front bumper, but I ordered a set of paint-matched plugs.

bumperplugs.com - little pricey for what they are, but the paint match is perfect and it looks MUCH better than having the holes in the front bumper.

Re: Front plate holes??

You didn't like the dimples so you drilled holes in it instead?

No, mine came with the front plate frame mounted. The holes were already there and I wanted to cover them up. Sorry if I wasn't clear

You don't happen to have a picture of those prior to install would you?
Just wondering what kind of fastening they use, etc.

Tanx for the pointer.

They look like these, and the heads are painted body color
