Nice! Why on earth would you want them to dim? As far as the ribbon (around the headlights), I'm getting tired of them already. Everybody and his grandma has them now. I'd be happy to deactivate them completely.

I'm guessing them don't serve any other function except to wannabe an Audi?

They are way to bright at full intensity to run at night. It almost seemed like I had my high beams on during testing.

I'm sure you can deactivate your DRL lights in the uconnect settings menu if that's what you want...

I think your last question was rhetorical but they are just a better looking DRL than the normal dim halogen look
