The ride is harsher but the handling is better. I'm more cognizant of the rough patches of roadway now & on the lookout for potholes.

I'm far for skittish anywhere near the road curbs when parking for fear of getting road rash on the these gorgeous wheels.

Wow. And I thought the handling on the 295's 20" Pirelli P Zero is really good already. The current setup is already stiff enough I wouldn't want the ride to be any harsher.

I have the Overland with the 265-50-20's on the OEM rims so the ride was pretty cushy. I'm not sure what the right is like with your 295's but you'll still have more tire sidewall (so softer ride) with them than the 22's.

The sidewall with your 295-45-20's is 5.2" which is 1" thicker than mine at 4.2" with 305-35-22's while maintaining the same overall diameter.

Anyone with an SRT here can tell me the ride quality between the stock 20" and 22"?

Re: lets see some wheels!!!

The ride will be softer with the 45 sidewall oem tires....but the handling will be much better with th shorter sidewall 22s

Do you really think you're going to notice your handling being 'much' better vs how much bumpier it's going to be with 22"s? I couldn't deal with 22" on the SRT suspension but that's me personally. Took a trip in my brother's 14 SRT and it was annoying with 22s. But he hates my marshmallow ride on my Overland with air suspension. So it's all personal preference I suppose.

Yes I do...ive owned 2 wk2 SRT's....so I have thousands and thousands of miles of experience...where you have 0. Stock wheels/tires.....22x10 wheels on 285 35 22 tires and 22x10.5 wheels on 305 35 22s. Both on stock suspension...one on eibach springs and stock springs....and one on stock springs and roadmagnet hybrid drop. That good enough?

Wow easy man. No need to be so offended. I was pointing out something I was curious about. Damn. And you're right, I've only had a WK SRT8 so I don't know on the WK2. Sensitive much?

Re: lets see some wheels!!!

I think the WK2SRT rides rough regardless if compared to the Overland. With that being said I think the stock run flats ran rougher than my current 22" and 305s. (This might have been contributed to me running eibachs however) I guess once you're in a performance oriented vehicle a rougher ride comes with the territory...
