Painting chrome plastic trim

Hi guys - what's the best way to paint the grill trim rings and lower triangle chrome trim?

I'm not too keen on vinyl but really want something durable...

Cheers

That looks sweet as. I'm taking my grill rings and lower grill chrome parts to a hydro dipper this weekend! I have no idea how to remove the rings yet but I'll work it out.
Wanted to as how you did the engine covers. The hydro dipping makes sense but how did you do the 6.4 Hemi in red?

I decided to wait until the Vapor edition parts hit the JFJ shelves - then I'll snap one of those Grilles up & I'll have the chrome one as a spare to play with
Just don't want to fark it up doing it myself

Re: Painting chrome plastic trim

Any idea when the black grille inserts will be hitting the shelves? Are we in a wait and see situation?

First one took 20 mins, 5 others 5 mins then the last one 30 mins it simply refused to come out. That's a couple weeks ago.

Hey dpaps

Did you get real cf? If so where did you get it done and how much? Do you have any pics with the trim on the car?

Cheers
