Rims and tyres

Ok so I have been looking on the forums for a while and can't seem to find the exact information I am after. I want 22" rims on my 2014 gc srt and a lot of the rims I see to buy are 22x9 but most of you guys are running 22x10 or 10.5s, so that's my first part of the question will 22x9s fit or need 22x10s?

Second is the tyres most of yous are running 305x30-35x22s. But the stock rims are 20x10 on a 295x45x20?

I know it depends on the offset so if the rims are a offset of+38 they are 22x10.5s and tyres are 305x30x22 they should have no problems? Just kinda wondering a set up that will have no rubbing or issues

Sorry for the long post but thought I would get as much info into it so can understand where I am at
Thanks BEEZY

Re: Rims and tyres

If you go with 22's I would recommend 22x10 or 10.5"

As for tires 305/35-40/22"

Will work with no rubbing

Re: Rims and tyres

I'm on my 5th set of wheels and tires in 2 years of owning this jeep

I recently just ordered a set of Lexani R4 in 22"

I went with 22x10 on Toyo Proxes ST2 305/40/22

Not sure of the offset but we'll see how they fit soon enough

this is what I went with

Beezy check out ozzytyres they have a decent selection. Anything 10-10.5 width is going to be hard to find though. I went with an ADV.1 wheel 22x10.5 with 305/35/22, it's also lowered. It get no rubbing. 👍🏻

Those wheels with looks awesome. I was looking at those or the R6 before I settled on the SRT8 replicas.
