If you take it to a dealer...first they will try to clean it off..most likely rubbing the area to long with a harsh chemical only to find out they will start taking off the original seat dye yet the stains won't lighten. Then they will call a vendor such as myself to come in and dedye the seat to make it look perfect again..but will warn you unless you find out what's staining it...It wont come back thru but will stain the surface of the fresh dye again eventually. Biggest contributor to this type of dye transfer is using heated seats while wearing damp clothes..for instance hopping in the truck after walking to the car in the rain, etc and then using the heated seat will tend to draw the color out of your clothes. Also judging from your pics..it's the backrest so not an issue with jeans or pants that you are wearing..but instead a shirt or jacket maybe?? Hope that helps.

Thank you Mikes for the valuable information. The problem that the dealer clearly mentions it is not something under the warranty and they can't do anything so I will need to find vender like you to solve this issue for me and the problem I am in Saudi Arabia and we don't have such option to solve this issue but I will try to find one.
