Yesterday I tackled the window surrounds chrome. I used a really nice 3m 1080 scotchprint vinyl in gloss black. Looks almost black chrome.....

Looks really good Scott.

How long did it take you and how much did the supplies cost? I'd like to do this to my Jeep during the summer.

I bought a 84"x60 inch roll and 2 squeegys...one felt covered. Then I just cut one size for the front and rear windows and laid it on. Then trimmed. Its SUPER easy with this vinyl. It was awesome to work with. Took me and a buddy about 4-5 hours total....with BS time in between...lol. The worst part is the trimming.

Also curious to know did you wrap it behind the corners?

some parts of the chrome on the 13's you...but some parts no....its gotta be a precise cut.

Very nice Scott. Do you have the name of the vendor you bought it off of on eBay?

the front and rear windows are cut from one piece. The mirrors dont have to be removed....they sit kinda inside the chrome
