Re: WK2 Rear Chrome Delete\Debadge

does the part mentioned in this post (68083083AA) include the chrome button to lock the liftgate? it doesn't seem like it would but i couldn't find a part number for just the button.

i just bought one of these for around $140 in the moparwholesale trademotion site. i'm going to get scott to paint it brilliant black but leave the jeep letters as chrome. i guess it wouldn't be that big a deal if the button wasn't included and stayed chrome since the letters will be chrome.

does anyone know? thanks!

Re: WK2 Rear Chrome Delete\Debadge

Includes the button. It's the whole assembly except the back up camera. Just swap that over.

Re: WK2 Rear Chrome Delete\Debadge

awesome. thanks! also - i'm getting paint protection film put on the front end next week. would getting some put on this repainted trim piece keep the paint on any better? if so, maybe it's worth a few extra bucks.

Cool, Thanks. It's had more done since these pics. A lot of lighting upgrades and a Borla exhaust now. I have some other plans for blacking out the chrome, that's down the road a little bit. Gotta get back to work so no more play time with my Jeep for a little while. When I'm not traveling for work I mod the Jeep a lot

Re: WK2 Rear Chrome Delete\Debadge

It looks mean, and elegant at the same time really tastefully done.
Yeah I know what you're saying when I brought my Laredo I knew I would make it mine. I've done a few things, but the program is being put in the next gear now.I have a tiny lift coming, and some shoes. Now I just saw a possible " turbo " for it I don't know how I'll get that one past the wife-LOL. Say a prayer for me, and if I disappear you know what happened.
