For those that aren't 100% satisfied with the sound, have u guys tried turning surround off and just leaving it in stereo? Sounds a lot better, give it a go.

It's funny because the system sounds so different depending which source you go to and I find it sounds best with Bluetooth/Iphone 5 or the SD card. Since SD sounds really good, try loading only quality music on to it to get the best sound (highest bit and sample rate allowable).

Also, if you find the sound too 'bright' turn off Surround Sound as stated above.

I have an Overland with the Alpine system. After six months, I finally got around to loading some music onto a memory stick and into my new phone. I was amazed at how the sound improved all around! Better bass crisper highs and fuller midrange. Now I know the fm and sattelite are crap and the cd, although better, is still not as good as the USB!
