I just traded my 2012 for the 2014 and have the same RM 2.8" drop springs. I'm getting a message saying to service the adaptive damping suspension system. Anyone else get this too?

Also, for some reason the ride is extremely bumpy compared to the 2012. I don't get why... Anyone else had this issue?

Yes I have this issue going on with mine. The ride has gotten extremely worse over the months nd half that I have had that message on my dash. My dealership has yet to find the correct problem but think 99% that my rear left has to be replaced. Bad news they are on back order 2-4 months because the assembly line gets first dibbs. They have put in a request to chrysler for one off the line but I feel like me dealership is taking their time. I am putting my factory springs on Thursday so I can go in there and talk to the service manager and get the to figure this out quicker. Its worse than riding a horse right now. Its embarrassing how bad the suspension feels. I think all the shocks are deactivated and its literally bouncing on the springs.

We just found the driver front shocks unplugged.... :/ just plugged it back in and the message went away. Seems to drive a little smoother but time will tell. I really hope this is the issue here. Did you try unplugging and replugging your fronts by chance? It may be worth a try. I think the shop missed that one and so the driver-side front must have been bouncing on the springs. It really is like riding a horse! My daughter said it seems like I keep nodding "yes" lol. I'm nervous though, because my 07 sucked when we had it lowered. My 2012 was smooth and problem-free. I'm hoping this 2014 will be the same- suspension wise.

After I put my RM on my car drove much better than stock and better than when I had my Eibachs on. I had no issues for a solid 2 months and was very happy. One day the light came on and my car was still driving great. I took it in and they tried replacing a few things in the rear and still didn't fix it. I had a big road trip that weekend and they assured me it would be fine. Well since that road trip it has driven like complete trash to the point where I hate getting in it right now, its better to just look at it lol. I am going back to stock springs tomorrow or friday so that I can go in there and push them to get it fixed quicker. Let me know if yours is driving better. I have had my jeep in 4 separate times for this issue and I would hope to god they wouldn't miss a shock disconnected lol.
