Re: Black grill rings...

I was thinking about using plasti-dip with glossy black. I know those ring are kind of pricy.

What pieces did you end up ordering? What did your total price come out to be. I was about to do this on friday and my pricing will be close to 800 for all the emblems but in black

I did plasti dip the lower chrome... They wanted $126 a piece... Looks good and isn't as noticeable being lower.... If you dip the rings you're gonna need a lot of coats....

Re: Black grill rings...

The costs add up here in Oz, $90k for the weapon and then add 50% to all parts out of US + Int'l shipping.

I agree with the sentiment but it'd be nice not to fork out +$200 for 7 plastic rings & +$300 for the 2 bumper rings.

Is there a plastic shortage in China we don't know about????

Thanks Chad, I'm always concerned if I paint something like this myself the paint will chip off, especially being so exposed to stones and debris from the road.

I don't know how some guys go to length of plast-dipping their whole rig! That would stress me out so much 😰😰😰
