1. The interior is perfect. Nicely done.
2. The LED's are totally out of place and rices out the look. Read: Attention starved. Basically the entire front bumper is a failure. Why chrome anywhere ... no one likes it.
3. Rims = ugly and too small. The 22" from the street jeep would have been perfect.
4. I think it needs the fender molding like the Street Jeep had as now the sides look very plain.
5. Painted exhaust.... really? Why paint the exhaust but not the chrome strip in the back? WTF

I'll stop there and hope that these pics are NOT be what is in production or I'll be driving an Overland.

But wish I could get this:

Thats the SEMA Jeep people talk about?

Re: Here it is!!! 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 pics!

The sema jeep front bumper is the best one. Not so flashy. But functional. Since it's a 2 piece so you could take off lower part of it and at least get your SRT down on the beach. This new SRT spoiler is higher off the ground than the WK one. But I don't think it's enough. Gonna scrape everywhere going off the tarmac...

Really deserves it's own thread. But yea. 300C, Magnum, Charger, Challanger, Jeep WK. That was the modern comeback for the classic American muscle car. Now all those models are mophing into some euro/asian mix.....

Yes... and pretty much the perfect jeep aside from needing the 6.4L.

Re: Here it is!!! 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 pics!

Are any of the SEMA jeep parts available for purchase or it was merely a concept vehicle design? Those rims look like an in between of the Overland and the Chrome Summit rims, like that a hair better then my overland rims, not the design but the finish?

Re: Here it is!!! 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 pics!

If instead where is said JEEP it said SRT8 that alone would add some style. Then put a bit darker tail light cover on it then add a more aggressive diffuser on the bottom and it would be perfect.

Those SEMA wheels are 22" ers.

Could not agree with you more. Although I would like to see the fog lights lower and still had projectors but still, the Sema Jeep looks 110% better than the POS that is now called the SRT8. The SRT group sold its soul and tried way too hard. Whenever I see the front end, all that I can think of is aftermarket ricer. It doesn't even blend in with anything.

Re: Here it is!!! 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 pics!

Honestly .... I think Jeep made the new Compass look more aggressive and mature than the SRT8.

If they would have borrowed the power dome hood, triple vents below the grill, and blended the front lower air dam up into the bumper it would look 10x better.

Finally! Someone I can agree with in this thread. This 2012 WK2 SRT 8 will be my next ride! It's perfect, especially in black (not liking red). Except for the chrome on the back, that's got to go!
