Scott- Look like you might know something about tint. I went to have my fronts matched (illegally) to the rears greenhouse tint and apparently they would not match. Seems I would have to run 20% all around to get uniformity and it would be State Trooper attracting dark. Do you have any insight to this?

PS- Thanks for all your time and effort on this site. I have learned a lot in the 3 weeks since I found my way into '14 SRT. Thanks!

Lets see if I can help.

20 is matching when it is night out. lol

When it is daytime, the 20 percent doesnt match because the sunlight the windshield is letting in.

You can try 15 on the windows if you do not want to tint the windshield.

I have 20% on the sides and 35% (I was told it was 50 but I dont think its 50 lol) on the windshield. And it matches.

Joe- thanks for the uber-prompt reply. I discussed with him for a bit and he talked about the funtion of a tinted windshiled, but he said the factory in glass tint is 16% (rated 20, but reads lower - forgot reason) so "true"20" would make the fronts darker, in light, even with the windshield He also said there was also only the percentages 30, 20 and limo 5. THis made me a bit dubious, but for $200 he will wrap all in 20 and he guarenteed it would be unifporm and I saw a few exaples of his own vehicles so I believed him (and $200 is short $ considering fronts were gonna cost 100). hate to tint front windshield so might run this program, but it is dark. Pano will help...

Thanks again

5%? Thats bold. Each state is different but I think NY and FL are unregulated. Here in Te-haus the State Troopers shake you down for any reason along the "forfeiture corridors" from Houston and San Anton on way up to DFW. I would have to keep the windows down and pano open the whole way (we have that 85 mph highway I run 94 mph on cruise with blips to 140 where appropriate)...

^ Hey Joe, can you refuse to roll up your windows if its down when you get pulled?

Scott your truck looks good. Only thing it's missing is flames shooting out of the grille.
