Re: My Billet Silver 2014 GC SRT Build Thread

I'm really feeling your Jeep's look. I have a silver 70th Anniv Edition. My question is what is your roof wrapped in? Is it tint or some type of plastic? Who makes it?

Re: My Billet Silver 2014 GC SRT Build Thread

I know you're running 285 40 22 tires. Do you know if these are quieter in any way compared to the 285 35 22? I'm comparing tires right now between the 40 22 and 35 22. I just need some guidance.

I'd think road noise would be dictated by the tread pattern vs the profile. However it would seem that a 40 series would be quiter than a 35 since it will soak up more vibrations.

Oh I see you have an Overland as well. I was initially worried a 40 wouldn't fit but I think it will based off some of the forum members here running them. I don't plan to drop my Jeep so wanted the extra protection from potholes and such.
