Ok for all you WK2 owners that cant tune yet heres what we did with only 2 times out and we do know that on our BONE STOCK WK2 test mule at WOT with a bone stock tune with datalogging on the street shows the stock tune pulls timing in all kinds of DA. Ill do an avg of 3 runs per outting with GAS,WATER GRAINS,DA,60',ET,MPH but there was no datalogging on the runs as the trinity was acting up. All runs were at IRWINDALE RACEWAY 1/8 mile track.
GAS....................CA 91 / 1.8% OXY
WATER GRAINS.....52.5 ( anything 50 & below is ok for racing )
DA......................562 FT
60'......................1.826
ET......................8.330.....8.336 (corrected by NHRA new formula)
MPH....................82.40.....82.39

GAS....................98.6 / 3.3% OXY (all unleaded gas with oxy% at 6.3,1.8,1.8 = 3.3)
WATER GRAINS.....72.1
DA.....................2224 FT
60'.....................1.780
ET.....................8.333.....8.180 (corrected by NHRA new formula)
MPH...................81.83.....83.29
The cost for the gas mix with 2 gal each of vp109,ca100,ca91 was $28.60 and as you can see IMO was well werth it and i am assuming it wasnt pulling timing and the corrected numbers do show a good improvement with the gas mix. Next time out will be when its cooler and the gas will be a 50/50 mix of CA 91 & 100.

I no theres been a few that ran with 93 gas but the times they showed wasnt any help over our low oxegenated ca 91 with a stock tune. I have always found that any gas mixes in the past with the wk1 tuned showed a big improvement even without touching the custom tune. Im sure the 14 stock pcm will be a tad more aggressive than the 12 and 13.

I believe it is too Jim. I ran using the SRT performance page timer last night and got a 4.6 0-60....on an 85 degree humid night, bone stock with 460 miles using launch control.

We are still waIting on a 14 to get some T&T time at the track so we can compare times and DA. The shipping wt on the 12 & 13 from the original invoices seem to be a lot heavier than the 14. Some of the 14 owners are telling me there 14 shipping wt is 5103 and SRT people tell me the 14 can go from 5103 to 5291 depending on options and gas. Now i have seen 3 12 invoices and there shipping wt were 5311,5314 and 5324. I hope to get mine on the nascar scales when there open at our track.

This is on a 1/8 mile track.
Got bored today so i did some more research on my gas testing on what hp increase it made on the stock tune. I did a lot with my 07 but it had a crm dyno tune and cai.
Ok with the STOCK TUNE i took the 2 best ET and DA on both outtings to see how the 2 diff gases used affected the HP. Now the racing calulator said there was 1802 ft diff in DA and the ET on the 1st outting was 8.293 and the second outting it was 8.307 and the gas used was 91 on 1st outting and 98.6 on 2nd outting and the claulator said the 98.6 gas on the stock tune made 7 HP more to the wheels that the 91 gas did. Not bad 7 more hp for $28 bux werth of a race gas mix on a stock tune lol. Now it could of been it just didnt pull any timing with the gas mix but that still would be making more hp if it didnt pull timing.

I just noiced a typing mistake on the 7 more hp its suppose to be 17.55 more hp at the crank not wheels. I have noticed that my keyboard skips letters and numbers sometime. I also think the fingers are moving faster than the brain lol.
