No one has cracked the ECU yet, so Diablo won't have a tune until that happens..besides which, why would you tune it without adding some serious hardware? What exactly do you think you'll gain by adding a CAI / exhaust and a Tune? Nothing you'd feel and you end up blowing up your warranty...

On my 07 in the 1/8 mile with just the cai and dyno tune i picked up .25 and 4 mph. I keep the exhaust stock as not to lose any back pressure. We have found out with some data logging with one of our guys the stock tune will pull timing and i found away to at least stop it. Now my 2012 i left it all stock and in the 1/8 mile they run in the 8.7/8.8 @ 78/79 mph.So i fig i would try my race gas mix on a stock tune and with it mixed at 50/50% (91 with unleaded vp109) it put the bone stock jeep in the 8.20 @ 82 mph. The gas mix is at 98 octane and with the oxygen at 4% wich is .2 over as the max in the usa is 3.8% and 100 octane.

Re: diablo tune reviews...

im brand new to forums...looking for some advice...

i have a 2014 SRT, all-stock setup. i don't plan on any CAI mods, Wondering if the diablosport in-tune is worth getting if i keep everything else stock?

also, i noticed that the RPMs lower very slowly if revving in neutral, and cut off at about 4,000. is there a way to change that?

thanks

Re: diablo tune reviews...

It will make a slight difference but not very much.

Also, revving your engine is stupid. If you use the tuner to raise the rev limiter (and if you somehow removed it - but you can't) the only cool thing you'll be doing is blowing your engine. Revving an unloaded engine is bad news, hence why every engine in a car is limited in neutral/park.

Re: diablo tune reviews...

Anyone have a cool gauge setup for the Trinity in their JGC?

Just got one, and would love to learn!
