Arrington Performance and B&G Chrysler join forces.
Awesome times right there! Do you have an CAI or Borla RRbooker?

Re: diablo tune reviews...

I have the hennessey CAI and Borla ATAK.

It was 29 this morning so that helps, but I've been running 12.5-12.6 consistently with temps in the 30-40's

So we can pretty much figure we are above 500 horses with the Borla exhaust and CAI alone. Now with the tune we are pretty close to X5M HP numbers which sound about right with the times you are getting.

Thanks for the info and Kudo's to you RR !

Don't think it's quite that high. Hp doesn't add together like 15 for CAI, 20 for exhaust, and 10 for a tune equal 45 Hp. Those three might net you 20-30 Hp. Sure the jeeps gained power, but I'd attribute the time to great DA! Image the x5m running in the same conditions, I'm sure it'll still be a couple 10ths faster or more. Stock WK2s around this time would do 12.9 at the track, fast forward to spring and summer weather and they were running low 13's. DA plays a huge role in power made by a NA engine.

Yeah, that makes sense. It just started cooling off here down south, so I have been feeling way less than full output since I purchased in June. We had a record number for days above 100 deg and endured weeks from 104-108 deg. Add the humidity and its almost like your at 5000 ft. elevation. People have posted 10 wheel HP for the CAI's and like another 10 WHP and 15lbs torque for the Borla. It still seems like that would us close to 500 at the crank with those two alone. Alas, I guess its just wishful thinking on my part Who knows though, a full Cat-back and a CMR might just us nipping at the heels of an X5M.

Re: diablo tune reviews...

only thing with the X5M/X6M is the fact they have DCT which is light years ahead of our 5 speed with torque convertor. So we are not only behind in HP but also in the ability to transfer the power down efficiently. That being said, i still think we can hang with them IF we can get that damn tq management to turn off along with some bolt ons.
However if they M is tuned. with a tune alone they can break into 11s.

Re: diablo tune reviews...

loaded the 93 tune to compare it to the 91, got a log with the 91 tune and the motor was quiet so I think I can get away with the 93 tune on my 91 gas
